When my cat Wilf broke his leg and needed to be crate rested for at least 6 weeks. Animals at Home have really help ed. Visited me and Wilf to understand what help was needed and I have been able to leave Wilf when I have needed to knowing that someone who understands what care he needs right now will call to look after him.

I used this service for the first time in July/August for cat sitting at my home, after always previously using a cattery. The cat sitter, Bev, was great, she messaged me and sent me photos after every visit which was lovely to see and it put my mind at rest with my cats new routine. I was really impressed, so much so, that I’ve just booked to use them again for later in the year.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I moved to the area for work and have no friends and family nearby who can look after my cats and fish. At least once a year I go abroad to visit family and I know that my babies are in safe hands with AAH. My oldest cat is incredibly fearful of strangers but Bev put in a real effort and after 2 weeks of patient encouragement, my old gal was coming out of her hiding spot and letting Bev pet her! No one has ever achieved this with her before. 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using Animal’s at home for a while now. I have a cat with FIV so wouldn’t be suitable for a cattery as he could get sick and the stress would make him ill. I contacted verity who came to my house before any bookings to take details, meet Nelson my cat and put me at ease as to who would be coming to my home. She even recommended a great vets in the area. When I went away they would send me video and picture updates and go above and beyond by looking after my home too. I can’t recommend them enough and will use their services for years to come. You know your pets are in good hands with Animal’s at home.

We are really happy with the cat feeding service our kitty Maisie has received from Jon who is really friendly and knows how to deal with animals. The bookings are easy to manage and it is sweet to receive updates on our kitty when we are away. I highly recommend their service.

Been using these guys for 6 months now. Mandy on the phones is lovely, Jon and Verity on the visits are fantastic. I have 7 cats and I am also disabled with a broken foot. I needed help with litter trays and some med giving at certain times. Both Jon and Verity are lovely, professional and even though my initial request was a bit strange it’s worked out well for everyone and my clowder love them both. They give my lot fuss and the oldest lad actually pouts if he doesn’t get enough.

They’ve also helped me with visits to the PDSA and collected medications for me as well. Enjoy the 2 pictures of my 2 oldest meeting Jon for the first time and checking him out.

I would 10 star these guys if i could and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for your pet needs.

Iggy Pop and Marty have enjoyed a lovely time whilst I was away for a few days, recently.

The service was purrfect and I know they were content because on my return they greeted me with total distain, clearly preferring their new reliable carers.

Twice daily photographs and text meant the kitties were paws on via social media. They sent me lots of selfies so I could see how much fun they were having.

On my return home the bowls had been washed and changed, all the empty pockets removed, a parcel taken in and the place was immaculate. Delighted there were no cat-as-trophes here.

Leave home safe knowledge that Jon, Verity and the team will have the care of your fur babies supported by the highest level of professionalism.

Have used this service numerous times for cat feeding while I’ve been away and it’s been fantastic. The team have been brilliant and communication is super easy. The online portal for managing future bookings, creating new appointments and keeping everything up to date is super easy to use and intuitive. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for an alternative to a cattery (or kennels for dogs) as it’s been so much better for me and the cat..
