Pet Cremation in North Warwickshire
Since you first met your pet, you’ve given them the best of everything. When it’s time to say goodbye, why would it be any different?
At Animals at Home we offer a personal and dignified pet cremation service. We can collect your pet from home, or from your vets, and take them with the upmost care to our locally carefully selected crematorium, which is family run, and set in beautiful rural Warwickshire for an individual certified cremation. You can select a personalised casket in either light or dark wood (or a scatter tube if you would prefer), along with a tasteful selection of keepsakes and ornaments if you wish.
Your pet will be returned to you personally, as soon as the following day. In most cases your pet will be cremated the same day. No freezer, no long journeys and no ashes returned by post, just care and respect from beginning to end.
We are the ideal choice for dog cremation, cat cremation and small animal cremation services.

It’s under sad circumstances that we had to contact Animals At Home when our beloved Border Collie Faith passed at home. My friend recommended Animals At Home as they sadly had to use them for the same reason a year previously and said how amazing they were with them. Jon arranged to come and collect Faith and handled her with the utmost care and dignity. He was compassionate and helpful at ensuring our wishes were fulfilled. We had our Faithy’s ashes back very quickly and Jon went above and beyond to ensure everything was don’t correctly that we had asked for. We now know that as well as this much needed and appreciated service, Animals At Home provide many amazing services and we highly recommend this company and the wonderful team for all your animal needs. On a personal note, Thank You so much Jon, you made a difficult time a little easier. The Cope Family x

Sadly our family dog Bruno passed away peacefully last night. Although he live a very full and happy 15 years and we anticipated his time was coming to an end, nothing can prepare you to lose a family member when it actually happens. Stricken with grief and not quiet knowing what to do we called John and his team over at animals at home. John was understanding calm and empathetic to our situation and you got the impression they really care not only about animals but your in particular which was really comforting. John was efficient and turned up within the hour of the initial conversation and was friendly upon meeting me. He was gentle in removing Bruno and supportive to me throughout the process. I’d not hesitate to recommend John and his team over at animals at home for their services as they run a professional and loving business that cares. Thanks John for all your help.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My rabbit passed away so suddenly and my heart was shattered bring him up from a baby to find he no longer with me my heart aches…… I had had my time with him so I then had to make that call …. John seen how much distress I was in and come straight away ! He was Lovely and extremely helpful and so caring … I knew straight away he was going to be in safe hands and I had nothing to worry about …….
He took him away so discreetly and covered up so no one could see and I was so heartbroken I forgot to get some of his fur for my keepsake so I quickly call him back up and he made sure I had got some fur of Him
I was extremely happy with how my baby was brought back to me in clean bag with a cute candle and a quote on the back on the candle box
I really recommend these people and just want to say a massive thank you for taking so good care on my baby
I will forever miss him so deeply and know he still in my heart

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I sadly had to use their Euthanasia at home service for my elderly dog. From the first phone call they were wonderful and made one of the hardest days so much more bearable. You can just tell they love animals, from the moment Jon arrived he was kind, caring and put us all at ease. The vet was amazing and everything was done at a slow comfortable pace. My boy got the most comfortable caring end to his wonderful life, surrounded by his family in his favourite spot. Everything was taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our beloved Border Collie Benjy of 14 years took a really bad turn the other night, unfortunately deep down we knew it was time. Being distraught and on New Year’s Eve we weren’t sure who to turn to for help, eventually reaching out for help from Animals at Home, based on a family recommendation. I spoke with Verity on the phone, a lovely lady who was very compassionate and understanding and within a few minutes was able to confirm availability and booked Benjy in for an at home euthanasia. Jon and another gentleman arrived promptly (apologies I can’t remember the name) checking Benjy to confirm if we were indeed doing the right thing, before explaining the process to us clearly and giving us time to say our goodbyes.
He went very peacefully surrounded by those that loved him, in a place that he loved, something which the at home euthanasia service from Animals at home was able to provide. Thank you. You made a very difficult time for us as good as it could have been. I wish you all a Happy New Year.

Highly professional services .. Helpful, friendly and compassionate
our Roxy Roo was talked about and our wishes listened to.. Mandy & Jon (animals at home) and Alistair the vet talked us through everything and gave us time with our baby girl through each step.. we were able to be by her side and holding her as she passed (lots of tears)
Mandy checked in with us and kept us updated every step of the way
Roo was cremated individually and her ashes bought back to us this evening .. (one day after Roo went to the bridge)
it really helped us knowing that Roo was more relaxed in her own environment and with those she loved around her
amazing service from the initial telephone call to bringing Roo home this evening (more tears)
I would 100% recommend Animals at Home to those that have to make the horrible decision that no one wants to make, awesome service.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful border collie Eva. She never liked visiting the vets and we wanted her last moments to be at home surrounded by everything and everyone who were familiar to her. We first contacted Jon by phone and he was immediately kind and reassuring. He arrived with Hannah the vet and we were given time to talk about Eva. There was no rush. Jon and Hannah were so kind, considerate and caring; we can’t thank them enough for helping us through a very difficult and emotional time. Jon arranged everything from beginning to end with empathy in a very professional way. We are so pleased to have found Animals at Home. Thank you.

Animals at Home were incredibly kind and sensitive when assisting us when our beloved cat had reached the end of her 22 year journey. A big thank you especially to Verity and the very caring vet that came along to help. It was so much better that she could pass at home surrounded by love and warmth.

Many thanks and much appreciation to Mandy, Verity and Jonathan for showing genuine care, compassion and empathy to our beautiful Murphy dog and to us on our worst day.
You enabled Murphy to have his last moments in his own home stress free, being cuddled by us knowing how much he was truly loved.
Although we’re now devastated and miss him immensely, we have comfort knowing we chose the best for our boy.
Dawn
I can’t thank you enough for everything your team has done. You are extraordinary people to do what you do. I’m so happy we found you

We recently had to have our beloved boy, Bill put to sleep. We knew the day was coming as he had incurable cancer but you are never prepared for it. Thank goodness for Jonathan and Animals At Home Pet Care Services. They arranged for a vet to come to our house so our boy Bill didn’t have to leave his house and could pass peacefully surrounded by love and the boys on the sofa where he loved laying. They were so compassionate, everything was done slowly at our pace and they looked after our boy as they took him to be cremated, they reassured us and brought our boy back to us a few days later.
We are heartbroken but we are so grateful for their exceptional service as this emotional time.

I was absolutely distraught when we had to make the decision that it was Baileys time . From the first phone call to bringing Bailey back home to us we were treated with compassion, understanding and gently .
Bailey passed peacefully in the garden which he loved and again he was treated with the utmost care, giving us the time that we needed .
It was very befitting for our beautiful boy.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . I am so glad that I saw a recommendation on Fb and it stuck in my mind though I didn’t think I would be using you so soon . Clearly meant to be

Jonathan arrived at the said time and spent some time with us and Sam. they arranged the cremation and returned Sam’s ashes to us. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Caring, compassionate and highly professional.

When Baylee, my flat coat retriever, collapsed I contacted Animals at Home and spoke to Jon reference his animal ambulance service to take Baylee to the emergency vets. He handled my request in a very empathetic and understanding way and assured me he would arrive within 30 minutes, as he was coming from Atherstone.
Jon arrived within 30 minutes and on meeting him I was taken by his calm and empathy in respect to Baylee’s situation which I am sure she could sense. It became clear that she was slipping away and it would be inappropriate to move her, as taking her to the vets would be pointless. Far better that she remained in the comfort of her own home.
On her passing Jon with his pet care experience confirmed that she had died.
I asked Jon to take care of Baylee as I was sure he would do whatever was needed in a loving and compassionate way, prior to leaving Jon left a card in which a truly beautiful poem was written.
Jon brought Baylee’s ashes from the crematorium to her home in person two days later along with a condolence card and a remembrance candle.
I would whole heartedly recommend Animals at Home, their services and staff all of whom follow an ethos of pet care and wellbeing.
On a personal note a very special thank you to Jon for the professional and compassionate way in which he supported both myself and Baylee during her passing.

What an absolute fabulous professional service Mandy and Jon both offer! My hamster passed away on Saturday night and i rang expecting no answer. But straight away they answered and put my mind at ease. They collected her the next day at the exact time they said. They was very compassionate throughout the whole experience. Their online chat helped alot too, where i had replies within the 5 minutes it states. I honestly cannot thank them both enough just for everything they did and offered. I would one million percent recommend them😊. Thank you from the bottom of my heart x

We have been using animals at home for several years mainly for the excellent boarding families they use but sadly the day came when Sam our Labrador had to cross the rainbow bridge, the team at animals at home were our saviours at this sad time and we couldn’t have coped without them, they arranged everything for us with dignity and compassion. would definitely recommend

Amazing people. Jon was so helpful and lovely when my sister unexpectedly lost her cat. Talked us through the process and genuinely cared. Some really nice options for you and your pet. Wonderful that the cat was collected the same evening and his remains were hand delivered back only a couple of days later. They have genuinely made this awful time easier on us both and it was comforting to know he was in good hands. Honestly cannot recommend enough.

From the 1st moment i contacted Jon at Animals at Home asking about sadly having our dog put to sleep, i felt completely at ease we were doing the right thing. Jon organised everything for us, the vet and Jon come to our house, Vet spoke to us about what was going to happen with Chewie from start to finish. We spent time with Chewie until we were ready for Jon to take him to the pet crematorium. We had a clay and ink print of his paw done. When he was ready to come home, Verity picked him up and dropped him to us. We didn’t need to do anything. Can’t thank them enough for making our Chewie’s last moments dignified and memorable. X

Special thanks to both Verity & Jon for showing compassion when I called for advice.
On Sunday Jon came to collect Breezer our 19 yr old cat who sadly passed away in my arms on Saturday night. Jon took him to be cremated & he was returned home to us on Tuesday. So different to leaving my baby at a vets.
Thank you both x

In my hour of need this service, like guardian angels helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life with my beloved dog . Their compassion and approach was something I was so thankful for. If anyone has to ask help in this way for your beloved pet I would recommend using animals at home every single time. Thank you and god bless xxx

It was under sad circumstances that I required assistance from Animals At Home. My beautiful dog Harvey passed away unexpectedly at home. I telephoned Animals At Home and spoke to Mandy. She was very sensitive and understanding. Lovely and friendly, letting me talk freely without embarrassment to express my grief. She was very empathetic and professional. Mandy talked me through everything.
Jon came to collect Harvey. He was truly wonderful and kind. He gave us all the time we needed to say our last goodbye to Harvey. Advised us to let our other dogs say goodbye to help with their loss. When leaving he was so respectful to Harvey and talking to him. This gave us so much comfort at such a very sad time. Harvey came home with Jon and again he was so thoughtful and respectful. Thank you so much too all the team. Your kindness and sensitivity made such a difference at an emotional time.

We recently lost our rabbit that meant the world to us. It has devastated us as a family. We decided to have her cremated and brought home to us. Animals At Home were nothing less than brilliant! When John came to pick her up his understanding and genuine sympathy was reassuring to us in our time of grief. He said he would take care of her now and I immediately felt assured that she was in safe hands. What really struck me in a good way was the understanding of the hurt we were going through and this was shown when John handed me a beautiful card with a poem in…this small gesture had a massive impact on us and made us smile during a sad time. When you have lost a pet so loved you want to trust someone to care for them and this company did that from start to finish.
Mandy then left a very thoughtful message to discuss when we would like her brought home again and this evening John brought her home to her family again in a beautiful wooden casket with a condolence card and candle.
From start to finish Animals At Home took care of our every needs and we knew she was being cared for. They were quick to come to our assistance and were updating us throughout and asking if there was anything else they could do. John and Mandy are a credit to this company! They made an unbearable time of grief and pain just that little more bearable! This review does not do them justice! We now have her back with her family once again.
From the bottom of all our hearts…thank you!
