Charlotte cared for my cat Ember whilst I had to make a trip to Scotland in March. The whole process was easy. The registration form is thorough. I felt very reassured should anything happen whilst I was away. Charlotte is very caring, kind and loves animals. Ember loved having Charlotte visit twice a day. Charlotte sent me pictures every time she visited which I thought was so lovely. Another time I asked her very last minute to look after Ember and she managed to fit me in which I was very grateful for doing that. She is the best person to look after your fur baby. I definitely recommend Charlotte to everyone.
