I would thoroughly recommend Jaques and her colleague Regina.
I was apprehensive about leaving my cat at home for five days as he usually goes to a cattery but right from the first contact Jaques was reassuring and helpful every step of the way. Regina came to visit and talked everything through and the portal was easy to use. Jaques kept me posted with updates and videos of Lord Fudge while I was away which meant that I didn’t worry and had a stress free holiday although he was of course delighted to see me walk in through the door!
