I honestly never thought we’d be able to go on holiday again. My rescue dog is wonderful, but she can be quite a handful and doesn’t usually take to new people easily. Then along came Charlotte! From the very first meeting, she had such a calm and gentle way with her— it was like she completely understood her quirks and needs.

While we were away, Charlotte kept in touch with lovely updates and photos, and it was so clear she was relaxed and happy. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was being cared for by someone so kind, patient, and reliable.

I came home to a very content dog. I can’t thank Charlotte enough — she’s truly given me the confidence to go away again without worrying. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! 💕
