Charlotte is delightful as well as efficient and well organised. Her knowledge and care of animals is excellent. She provided live in care for my dog when we went to a family wedding. We were away two nights and she made sure we had several photographs and videos of our dog which put our minds at ease. He was totally happy. I would definitely use her again. Thank you Charlotte.
