Claire is great with my dog, Benji. Before starting with him, she took the time to understand his needs through a pre-call and an online questionnaire, which I really appreciated. It gave me confidence that she knew his preferences as he can be nervous. He enjoys his walks with her and it gives me great reassurance to know he’s in good hands.
