Just wanted to thank Charlotte for her friendly, professional and compassionate service in respect of our pet cat who sadly passed away so suddenly.

The service was prompt, efficient, with costs and options clearly explained. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the service operated by Charlotte.

My pets ashes were returned on the same day as he was collected, lovely memorable box, with his ashes, piece of his fur and a memory paw print.

Charlotte made a very sad situation much more tolerable, so thank you Charlotte.
