Claire from Animals At Home restored my faith in humanity – Claire arrived to take me and 15 year old Ruby dog to vet but she died 20 minutes before Claire arrived – I was devastated because Ruby dog died after a weekend in agony because of greedy vets refusing to home visit even though their services claim they do. Claire took over and took care of everything from taking us straight to the crematorium allowing me to mourn and then returning with Ruby’s ashes the next day – Claire and the good lady at West Stour cremation services bought balance back into my heart because they care and have empathy and compassion, which have been removed from animal care by profiteering run wild in animal care and medicine in UK.
