Jacques came out within the hour to help with a mother cat and her four kittens I had found and brought into my home, and I honestly can’t thank her enough.

I had tried multiple rescues with no luck and was really stressed, especially as I’m not allowed pets under my tenancy. Jacques responded quickly, was incredibly kind and understanding, and handled the situation so calmly and professionally.

She made sure the mum and kittens were safe and secure, and you could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she helps. It was such a relief knowing they were going to be properly looked after.

Absolutely amazing service — I’m so grateful for the help. I would highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation.
