Ellie and Bertie send thank you meows too for their fantastic care!!

A friend used to come and care for our cats when were away from home but due one of my cats becoming diabetic and requiring insulin, I was desperate to find an alternative solution so they could stay at home (and not go into a cattery) when I came across the Animals at Home website by chance.  I emailed Lynette and AJ and  and explained our circumstances.
Lynette initially met with us and discussed our requirements for our 2 cats Ellie and Bertie aged 13 years (who is diabetic) for our 2 week holiday period.  Lynette ensured that Bertie and Ellie’s health and happiness was top priority and visited twice daily during this period to feed them, give Bertie his insulin, deal with the litter tray, brush them and play and fuss with them if required.  Lynette stayed for approximately 30 minutes for each visit and kept in touch with me regarding their progress. This helped us to relax and enjoy our long awaited holiday after Covid.  I would thoroughly recommend the services West Norfolk Animals at Home offer for peace of mind and consistent excellent care of your pets.
