All I can say is this service is incredible. I wasn’t comfortable with my old dog spending his final moments in the vet surgery as he was scared in that environment. Animals at home answered all of our questions, adapted to make our dog calm. The whole experience is peaceful, supportive, and emotionally understood. I will be forever grateful and would definitely recommend this service to friends, family and all pet lovers.

I was absolutely distraught when we had to make the decision that it was Baileys time . From the first phone call to bringing Bailey back home to us we were treated with compassion, understanding and gently .
Bailey passed peacefully in the garden which he loved and again he was treated with the utmost care, giving us the time that we needed .
It was very befitting for our beautiful boy.

We recently had to have our beloved boy, Bill put to sleep. We knew the day was coming as he had incurable cancer but you are never prepared for it. Thank goodness for Jonathan and Animals At Home Pet Care Services. They arranged for a vet to come to our house so our boy Bill didn’t have to leave his house and could pass peacefully surrounded by love and the boys on the sofa where he loved laying. They were so compassionate, everything was done slowly at our pace and they looked after our boy as they took him to be cremated, they reassured us and brought our boy back to us a few days later.
We are heartbroken but we are so grateful for their exceptional service as this emotional time.
From the 1st moment i contacted Jon at Animals at Home asking about sadly having our dog put to sleep, i felt completely at ease we were doing the right thing. Jon organised everything for us, the vet and Jon come to our house, Vet spoke to us about what was going to happen with Chewie from start to finish. We spent time with Chewie until we were ready for Jon to take him to the pet crematorium. We had a clay and ink print of his paw done. When he was ready to come home, Verity picked him up and dropped him to us. We didn’t need to do anything. Can’t thank them enough for making our Chewie’s last moments dignified and memorable. X

We have been using animals at home for several years mainly for the excellent boarding families they use but sadly the day came when Sam our Labrador had to cross the rainbow bridge, the team at animals at home were our saviours at this sad time and we couldn’t have coped without them, they arranged everything for us with dignity and compassion. would definitely recommend
