Five Star Response and Care

My little hamster Halloumi passed away last Saturday and I contacted Jacques on Sunday. She was so responsive and came to pick him up that day. She was supportive and understanding, and took such good care of him. She kept me updated at every step and brought him home safely. I received lots of footprints, some fluffy clippings and a certificate from the crematorium and she dealt with everything so professionally. I highly recommend Jacques not just for her prompt service but also the obvious amount of care and love she takes in it. Thank you so much for looking after my Halloumi.
