We recently spent a week away and used this service. My cat has a condition and needs daily medicine, this was the first time we had gone away since his diagnosis so we were nervous about leaving him with someone. Jaques and Lauren were fantastic, caring, understanding and professional. They sent us daily texts and pictures of him and helped to ease our concerns. I will 100% use their service again. Highly recommended.
