Just wanted to really highlight again what a FAB job you are doing with Polly.

She is so happy and confident,and we can’t believe the change in her.

Its been wonderful to watch.

If you ever need a reference, feel free to pass my details on !!! You are the core reason I’m able to actually do my job,as i really dont worry about her when i leave now.
