Charlotte looked after our dog in our home, whilst we were away for a long weekend. Charlotte put me at ease right away when she popped over for a initial chat (first meet). She is professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful and accommodating in fitting in with our plans/any requests. Whilst we were away, she kept us up to date with daily messages and photos. It is lovely to receive these to know that your pet is very happy and contented. It really comes across that Charlotte is a animal lover and you can be assured that if she is looking after your pet, it is being very well looked after.Kind regardsJoanne
