Mel and her fantastic service…

We recently woke up to find our much loved German shepherd had passed away suddenly during the night during the covid pandemic after several calls elsewhere we were directed to Mel who collected him and took him to the pet crematorium and returned him the following day. What I would like you to bear in mind is that we were in shock and very upset. Mel treated our loved one with dignity and respect and we felt reassured during a very distressing time. The service and support she offered us was second to none and above and beyond. We would recommend her and her services wholly if you are ever sadly placed in this situation.  Thank you does not express our appreciation enough Mel xx
