Claire was very professional and lovely. We just lost our dog and she was very patient and kind with us throughout the whole cremation process. She made us feel at ease giving our much loved pup to her and took great care of him. The box that the ashes were returned in was really cute along with the certificate it came with. Getting the ashes back was very quick. We are really glad we choose Claire to look after us and our dog through this process. Would highly recommend.
