Jacques was amazing! Quick at responding to voice message/online message, professional, kind and caring towards both us and our cat who sadly passed. We had originally arranged for him to be euthanised but he decided to go in his own time half an hour before this was going to happen, Jacques refunded the money we paid for the euthanasia even with such short notice! There also was no extra charge for coming past 6pm unlike so many other places. Communication was clear throughout the process of getting our boy back and he was delivered back to us with great care. Couldn’t flaw Jacques service! Thank you so much:)
