Saying Goodbye to Sushi…

Jacques has been providing exceptional care for my animals since I moved to Southampton, and when the heartbreaking moment came to say goodbye to my beloved hamster, Sushi, I knew I could turn to her for support. Both Katie and Jacques showed incredible kindness, compassion, and professionalism in helping me arrange Sushi’s cremation. Sushi was treated with the utmost respect, and everything—from the collection to her return home—was handled with such care and love. During this overwhelmingly sad time, knowing that Sushi was in safe, gentle hands brought me immense comfort. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for little Sushi—it means the world to me.
