Jacques and her team have been superb, we couldn’t ask for any better. They’ve looked after our cat at times, always keeping us informed and being flexible when we needed it (and our cat clearly loved interacting with Reg!). Jacques also helped us when our cat died and was prompt, kind and able to organise just what we needed. I have used other pet sitting firms over the years but Jacques/ / Animals at Home Southampton is the best by far.
