Jacques was absolutely amazing in the way she approached Lord and instantly put us at ease, especially since we were a bit nervous about him meeting someone new. She was truly brilliant — Lord loved her! We were also so grateful that she took care of our cat, saving us the stress of taking her in a taxi on moving day.

We’ll definitely be using these services again for anything we need for Lord or our cat. Highly recommended!
