We are the only animal ambulance in the area to offer a 24/7 emergency cover.
Our other services include visiting your cats in your home while you are away, or walking your dog if you can’t get home during the day. If you have exotics, fish or birds they are covered too!

Our area is extensive, and we do try to cover most of it from our base in King’s Lynn, but sometimes it is just not cost effective to visit certain postcodes, so we are always on the lookout for reliable helpers in all our areas for regular dog walking and cat care, which will keep client costs down as well as being someone local for you and your pets.

Welcome to Animals at Home – Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Ltd, owned and operated by Lynette and AJ.
We are here for you anytime!
Alongside our routine dog walking service (individual, not in a pack) and popping in to feed your cat while you are away we also care for exotics and small furries too!
We have a huge amount of enquiries for our Pet to Vet Taxi Service – if you don’t have transport we can provide a 24/7 service from your home to the vet, wait for you, then return you and your pet home. Maybe your dog is too big for the car, or doesn’t travel very well, we can help! We have fixed safety cages in our Ambulance plus live video feed to the dashboard so we can check all is well during the journey.
Going away? If you prefer to leave your pets at home, we provide a House Sitting service. Our trusted DBS-checked helper will live-in with your pets, just as if you were there. No stress getting them packed off to Kennels or Cattery, no hassle having to collect them when you return tired from your journey – and of course with the pet(s) staying home, their routines can be undisturbed.
Although dog boarding/host family care is shown as one of the services provided, currently we are not able to do this.
Smallholding? Take a few days off! Let us take care of the chickens, geese, ducks, horses, goats and even fish!
If the rainbow bridge beckons, sometimes it is easier to allow someone else to help with this at a very difficult time. Our Cremation Service is second to none…we will collect your pet from home or the vet’s, deliver them to the crematorium, returning within two days to collect and return him back to you.
