Melanie looked after our dog for 2 weeks, living in our home whilst we were on holiday. Prior to us going away she did 3 visits to get to know our dog which helped massively, not only for her to get to know our dog but also for us to get to know her too.
Whilst we were away, Mel sent daily updates with photos & videos which was great as I could see how happy and relaxed my dog was.
It was extremely important for me to be able to go away and not to be worried about my “fur baby” – Mel’s fantastic care enabled me to do just that, which was amazing as we had never left her with anyone previously.
I cannot recommend Mel highly enough. She was extremely professional and looked after our pet like she was her own – Thank you so much Mel x x
